Our bunkhouses offer a rustic yet comfortable retreat for families or groups looking for a unique camping experience—and each cabin has a special story. Built by New London High School students under the guidance of their Technical Education Teacher, Mr. Joseph Gruentzel, these cabins showcase the students' craftsmanship as they learn every step of the building process. Community contractors also contribute their expertise in electric, plumbing, and HVAC, ensuring a top-notch finish. Once delivered to Hucklberry Acres, the students complete the final touches, including siding, shingles, and a deck, culminating in a celebratory day with a pizza buffet and family visits to admire their work.
